Ive lived here for 6 months and the homes are rented to mostly contractors working at Lily. They rent to several who share a house but gave no thought to where everyone would park since the drives are narrow and short as is the garage so most trucks wont fit. The homes are new construction but poorly insulated. You can hear normal conversations of anyone standing outside because of the cheaply made windows and the bare minimum insulation makes the floors so cold in the winter you cant stand on the kitchen floor to cook without thick soled shoes on or your feet will freeze and forget about using the half bath in the winter because you will freeze to the seat if you do. No exaggeration!! In the summer we shut all vents at night except our bedroom in order to get a/c cool air in our room to sleep otherwise the master bed is like being outside. There is no 24 hour maintenance as stated on the website and any maintenance needed is ignored anyways! You are paying $40 a month for someone to mow your very tiny patch of grass because you get nothing else for that monthly payment. Residents had to remove snow this past winter because they had nobody to do it! We went over a week maybe longer with no mail delivery because everyone was blocking the mailboxes because most refused to shovel their drives and walks and opted to fill the narrow road with hundreds of vehicles making it impossible for mail delivery. They are on their third management company in a year and now we do not even have anyone on site to enforce any of the community rules so you have loose dogs cars blocking your driveway loud very loud sometimes what i believe is mariachi music. And owners whose only concern is collecting rent!
