So far the staff has been great, there are some items that I don't believe should be forced upon the renter such as a fan to run at renter cost and forced internet costs with a $20 upcharge.

So far, every snow event we have there has had little to no walkway clearing. I manage all the roads and walkways on an extremely large project with over 3800 people on it, where none are children or elderly, and we have the walkways, entries to buildings, and parking for more than 4000 vehicles cleared before 0500 in the morning after each snow event. Every event. I have now shoveled myself and my neighbors out every time. Spreading a little salt is not acceptable. No one wants to track salt into their homes and damage the floor. Please address this as soon as possible. I just renewed my lease, and I feel like I've been duped.
