No place to park to many troubles to pay

Almost no parking. Rent is ridiculously high.

Although the home is new construction and has beautiful cabinet doors, stainless steel appliances, upstairs washer, and dryer, which is nice they really should have spent a little more money on either the windows or the insulation because you can hear absolutely everything, the neighbors television, every single car door and even conversations people are having outside. The heat is in the ceiling making it impossible to get the kitchen floor warm you cannot stand in there unless you’ve got thick soles on your feet and I’ve closed all the ducts upstairs trying to force the heat down. I’ve just never understood with any builder. Why would you put the ductwork in the ceiling so the downstairs is always cold. The upstairs is always hot. That would be my only real complaint is the duct work and the noise like I said I don’t know if it’s because of the lack of insulation or if it’s cheap windows, but you can hear absolutely everything. The manager Mr. Wright is a nice guy and always get back to me immediately when I email him.
