Local area is good, rent amount is extremely high for the square footage. Management is proficient with maintenance & quick reponses. However you can't hang anything up unless you use command strips,nails aren't accepted..BUT the paint is so thin,they fall off and the paint comes off with it..this is a strong issue because you can't personalize your space unfortunately. Door hallway slams all night long and echos in hallway can this be fixed? It is extremely bothersome. Neighbors are usually quiet and not problematic .

Good maintenance, but extremely strict rules, cannot paint inside or hang decor, good place for a quick stay not long term because of noise & trash on grounds too many homeless ppl digging through trash

I have really enjoyed living here. I have lived her for about 6 months, and I am very pleased with this apartment. The location is wonderful, and the management company is wonderful and very responsive. I think the price is great for everything that you get living in this complex.

The apartment itself is beautiful. Very spacious and well designed. Parking spaces are nice. Being right next to a café and trendy shops/restaurants is great! However, the Match Cigar Bar/Club across the street attracts some of the loudest, most obnoxious guests that will keep you from sleeping every weekend. Sometimes even on weekdays. Even after closing time and the loud music is shut off, its guests will often hang out in front of the building and compete to see who has the loudest exhaust. If you can help it, choose a room on the other side of the building so you can get some sleep without having to use earplugs!

Clean, quiet and feels like a home. Every thing provide is great. Communication has been excellent. Lucky to have found such a place. Thanks!!
