Nice place but needs improvements
I have enjoyed living at Wesley Place for a few months now. However, I have noted that the safety concern is a big issue with the parking garage. The elevator in the garage does not require you to use a key fob in order to get up into the building and anyone can access the garage becauee the gate stays open for a long period. I have also noticed that during the winter months, the resident areas such as the first floor and second floor lounges are very cold. There is no heating regulated through those spaces. Which is unfortunate because during those months we can’t utilize the space becasue it is so cold.

a lot of noise
upstair resident make alot of noise and walk in the unit even after 2 am, leading to multiple awakings during the night.
