Pet limit 2 allowed. Wesley Place Apartments is a completely pet-friendly community! Our downtown Indianapolis apartments for rent gladly welcome cats and dogs with a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Restricted breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, and St. Bernard, including mixes. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are not permitted. All residents must complete a PetScreening profile prior to move-in. A $35 annual fee per pet applies. All animals are subject to approval. Pet Restrictions The following list of dog breeds is prohibited, including any hybrid or mix of the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois & St. Bernard. Restrictions do not apply to qualified assistance animals with documentation in accordance with HUD and Fair Housing Act guidelines. Please contact our leasing team for more information. PetScreening All residents are required to complete a PetScreening profile prior to move-in, regardless of pet status—this includes household pets, assistance animals, or no pets. Residents with household pets must pay a non-refundable annual fee of $35 per pet. Profiles must be kept current and are subject to annual renewal.
