Love living on the Monon!

Love living on the Monon! Renting from an apartment complex always comes with maintenance issues but aside from not addressing our issues in a timely manner, everyone has been very nice and I enjoy living here!

Overall Good Experience

I had some hiccups when I first moved in. There was mold in my utilities closet, the floors were not cleaned well at all before I moved in, and I had ants (which the issue is flaring up again). Sometimes I don't feel like I get very prompt attention to my issues, however, I would not move anywhere else. The apartment itself is gorgeous, I loveee the location, and the neighborhood feels very safe and everyone is very friendly. I do feel like I do not go to the dog park because of the fact it is all rocks and no one picks up the dog poop. In a sense it is a giant litterbox. Astroturf would be a much better choice. I hope this changes.
