We've loved our time at Monon Place and are extending our lease. The best part is the location. Overall a great place to live in your 20s if you want to be in Broad Ripple!

Pleasant experience

I have lived in a townhome at Monon place for 7 months and I am very happy with my experience. Location is fantastic, community is quiet, neighbors are kind, and the grounds are well kept. The only con has been related to how old the townhomes are and some inconveniences that have come with old qualities and poor insulation
