Pleasant experience

I have lived in a townhome at Monon place for 7 months and I am very happy with my experience. Location is fantastic, community is quiet, neighbors are kind, and the grounds are well kept. The only con has been related to how old the townhomes are and some inconveniences that have come with old qualities and poor insulation

Review

Hello and happy new year. I love the location of the property. It is so nice being close to the monon trial. The staff, particularly maintenance is not helpful at all. This also goes for the staff who work in the leasing office. They do not return calls/emails/maintenance requests in a timely manner and when they do they do not fully get issues resolved. The cons of the staff outweigh the pros of the property location. This makes me frustrated and upset.
