Apartment in Monon Park

For the 3 weeks that we have lived in Monon Park we have been very pleased with our home and all of the staff we have encountered—very friendly and efficient. The quality of the care and maintenance of the residences and the grounds is great and we are happy to be here.

Not happy

Not worth the price my whole apartment is outdated meanwhile the rest of the complex is up to date and the staff doesn’t care

Monon Park

Living here has not been bad. Maintenance pretty good. Sometimes things break often as they are old buildings.

Just about the best option

I really do love it here. I like the quieter setting of being further east on Kessler. The complex is very laid back. I feel like the value for the apartments is good. The sound between walls of units isn't the best, and Maintenance could be a tad better (ive had a couple requests be forgotten about). All in all though, I love living here!
