Living at Avondale

This is my 5th year at East Village at Avondale Meadows Apartments. I enjoy my neighbors and the community is on the rise. My home is nice with appliances that make being a household of 5 easier with the plush of a button. I have recommended so many friends and family to place an application. I currently have several family members that live close.

Long-term resident. Management is generally good; certainly much better than some other local properties. Maintenance does a pretty good job; important stuff gets repaired right away.

Like Love & Wished ppl care about their surroundings.

I really hate that there isn't more handicap parking available. I'm disabled, & it doesn't matter if I'm home early or not, there's no place for me to park. I have to walk a country mile; In my condition, that can be a struggle. I'd love if the front roll was for the people that live in the building. The back roll should be for the guest. What happened to quiet time? Overall, I still love the inside of my unit, it's very spacious. The maintenance staff is cool, I'd definitely would refer family & friends to live here.
