Trying to renew the lease was handled very poorly. They raised rent by $150 but forgot to put it on rentcafe so they hit us with 2 months of fees and "month to month" charges after we signed the new lease, but they "forgot" to process it. After explaining to them that we have signed the lease twice, both times it expiring before they could resolve it, they let the problem sit for 2 months without notifying us that the lease we signed was not processed and it was "not their responsibility to make sure we signed the lease." It was renew the lease or be homeless in January, and I think they knew that.
