I enjoy living in Aspen Lakes Apartments. It is a closer commute to the workplace. There is a friendly environment of people and residents around here. It is quiet at night time. There is a pool. The pricing isn't excessively expensive.

Love living here

Our experience at Aspen Lakes has been wonderful so far! The office has been prompt with answering questions and super helpful. The apartment itself is super spacious and we especially love the huge kitchen.

Cats are the only pets permitted.   There is a limit of 2 cats per apartment. There is a  $20 monthly pet rent required per pet. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and an additional $150 for the second. They must be neutered and cats with claws will have an additional deposit. Application Fee and Security Deposit Application Fee- $75 (per rental) Standard Security Deposit- $200
