Given the other surrounding complexes, look elsewhere

To sum up my thoughts concisely, our rent went up when we experienced significant maintenance emergencies that were acted on quite sluggishly. Our unit never had perfectly-working AC, and living there was a constant aggravation, and I'm glad I'm out of there now. It was worth more like $600/month instead of $850. That said, the location is convenient. Close to lots of shopping areas and Shoaff Park, but not much else. Considering how many other apartment complexes are close by this one, I'd recommend really scoping out your options before committing to this one.

I like living here.

I have lived here for little over a year and I have had a decent experience. The location is quiet and I never have to drive far for something. Maintenance is a little rough, but they do there best to communicate. I have enjoyed my stay here.

Decent place to live

Relatively nice place to live. Office staff will work with you so long as you continue to communicate with them about what's going on. Pet friendly, neighbors are pretty quiet and friendly.
