Good Place in FTW

I lived in Willows for a year after moving for work. As far as Fort Wayne goes, this is probably one of the best locations given the price, amenities, and safety of the apartments. The private entry is a huge perk, plus vaulted ceilings in some of the units. I didn't use the pool, but the gym was okay. The parking lot is a little rough with lots of potholes, but there is always plenty of parking. Environment is clean and quiet (except for maybe the geese on occasion), the lake is really beautiful and adds a lot. Great spot in Southwest to get to anywhere quickly.

popcorn ceilings

It was once reasonable to rent here now no real updates looks like the 1980s still. Newer places to rent are not cheap but look at the quality in those it just may be worth it. Also you have to let the hot water run so the pipes don't freeze in the winter and you are paying to heat the water up!
