Review

Old school trash collection where the trash is thrown into an open dumpster and thereby the trash is blown all about the property by the wind. The dumpster quickly fill up before collection so people simple place their trash next to dumpsters compounding the trash being blown all about the place. Of course, no recycling and no where to plug in an electric car. Whoever painted my unit must have been drunk. Green algae growing all over the patio and the deck. The deck has not been painted for years. I guess maintenance is just waiting for the deck to rot out and fall over. I feel the rent is high. Parking is not assigned and tight. I am suppose to have two parking spaces, but I typically cannot find a space close to my unit for my one car. I cannot see out my windows as they are double pane and the insides are full of calcium buildup. I cannot open the windows as the window latches have long been broken off. The second bedroom door has been installed backwards. It has holes that have been kicked into it by a previous tenets and have been sloppily repaired. The doors to laundry room is long gone. The kitchen cabinet's doors are bent, and the shelving does sag from years of use. Just a few of the issues. Plenty of hot water and my neighbors are quiet. I got the place quickly as I moved from out of town. It is close to work and shopping. The staff is friendly, but I don't think they have much support. Not a bad place if you need a place quickly, close to work, and for a short period. I was asked to write a review.
