Trash everywhere! There's a pizza box that's been in the bushes for over a month. The apartments are super cold in the winter and burning up in the summer.

Maintenance

Maintenance timing could be better! And there should be some form of uniform or badge or name tag maintenance workers wear. It seems like there is a new maintenance working appearing at my door each time I request work done. And with all the news stories of homes being broken into with fake workers it would be nice to be able to have some type of verification of who is actually at my door!
