Very disappointed with the overall management and maintenance of this apartment community. Dog waste is left everywhere across common areas, which is unhygienic and poorly managed. The gym is frequently broken or inaccessible, making it unusable despite being a listed amenity. Maintenance requests are handled extremely slowly, even after repeated follow-ups. Management staff keeps changing almost every month, resulting in no continuity, poor communication, and lack of accountability. On top of this, rent increases every year, but the quality of services and upkeep continues to decline rather than improve. Overall, the living experience does not justify the rising rent, and basic services are not maintained to an acceptable standard.

Its ok place to leave. Lot of dog pups are around. Maintance is slow and poor.

I really enjoy my bist there John was amazing in helping me find a place that fit my budget and was what i wanted. I also liked looking at the unit i was actually going to get instead of a unit that is just for show.
