We pay the rent for young missionaries, and we don't know one way or the other about the apartment. If we hear no complaints, all is good. If we do, we contact the managemtent and they seem to be attentive to the problems,

It isn't a bad place to live but it is very dim at night and maintenance takes a while to get to get things done. The walls are thin and you van hear every little noise from everyone else.
