Why bother?
You know at first I thought that this place was great, I had everything that I needed near me and when I called to report something was wrong with my apartment they would at least come that day and let me know when they would be able to fix it. Now when something is going wrong I just don't bother because I know that they won't come and take care of it and when they do they make things worse or make a new problem. I have tried talking with the office staff and have even offered some ideas but every time I get some sort of reason to why they are not able to do their jobs. I have told people in the past that they should move here but now when they ask I tell them not to bother because I know that they should have better. I went nearly an entire month with no heat because they wanted to take their time fixing it and then tried to tell me that Lowe's was out of what they needed but when I went there myself I found what they said they couldn't. It is okay though, I will not be renewing my lease again with this place and I will be making sure that everyone knows that this is the last place you should ever look at unless you don't care about someone randomly walking into your apartment when your home or not. If I had to chose one word to describe this place I would just have to choose "no"
Quail run is a great central place to live in Columbus.
We have loved living at Quail run it is right in the middle of town next to the hospital and short distances from anywhere you need to go. Pool and gym are included and we personally love our balcony.
Decent place to live
Attitude of the staff improved and are being friendly and very helpful.
