Having a problem with management about charging me for HFI coming here to install a toilet. I went overnight without a working toilet, the toilet was at least 40 years old, and HFI didnt come here until late morning. HFI did not need to be called because maintenance team installs toilets.

It seems to me that the maintenance team is almost too attentive. They seem to be in my apartment a lot. Also, I think they should watch their timing of outside loud things they do: mowing at 800am, etc. Its a good place to live, but it is a little too expensive.

It,s fine living here. The rent has become too expensive. I wish they would create a swimming lane at one of the pools. The last two times I paid rent, it was a bad experience.....too complicated for a computer novice. I don,t know why we can,t still drop off a money order in the onsite box.
