Could not fix kitchen issues
Lived in the apartment for a year and the dishwasher never worked despite putting in several maintenance requests. Cheap place which shows.
Very Meh.
Lived here for about a year. Maintinence is very spotty, only fufils requests when you call them 2-3 times. Don't even try to get anything done after hours in an emergency, unless you're comfortable yelling at them and telling them what to do, because otherwise they will be very nonchalant about things. Leasing agents are also very sketchy, they can't ever answer your questions on the spot, they always take 2-3 days to get back to you on something. Once they do communicate, they're very nice and respectfull, but there's never any urgency.
