My cieling is leaking and the basement, especially the bathroom smells like mold

For the past few years it has been a pretty alright place to live. The rent is very affordable and the location is pretty nice. The quality of the townhouse is not optimal, it is falling apart a bit with many repairs and fixes to amenities over the years. There have been quite a few incidents with ants and mold.

Lived here for two years, frat guys moved in on the end and are constantly blasting bass-heavy music and littering and being loud.

The bus system isnt great and it can sometimes take a while to get to campus and it is otherwise kinda difficult to get anywhere without a car
