Renters appreciate the property for its overall pleasant living experience and efficient maintenance team that responds quickly to issues. The management is generally well-regarded, and the property includes convenient amenities such as a CVS store and a Transit bus stop right outside, adding to the convenience of daily living. We moved site unseen from out of state. We got lucky with the location and the quiet but we wish we had more amenities for the price.

Staff are impossible to get a hold of - either you send an email and get a response in 2 weeks if you're lucky or you call 5 times in a day only to have no one answer the phone. The only way to actually get an answer to anything is to show up to the office in person, which if you're out of town or graduated and trying to sublease is really not feasible. If you do manage to get an answer from somewhere, either on the phone or in person, you can guarantee that a different employee would give a completely different answer. There seems to be very little training or consistency in staff policies and it was impossible to get accurate answers to the questions I asked. Oftentimes I would get an answer and act on it, only to be told later that I should have done xyz instead. This is particularly the case with subleasing, lease delegation, and adding a roommate. Communication channels need desperate improvement

Need more parking spots too many handycap spots that arent even used.

I've lived here for 6 months and feel the housing is okay. Railway's parking is small and awkward, especially when bigger SUVs and trucks are coming through. Paying for parking per month instead of for the leasing term is a bit much for that parking lot. The price for the size space and style is overrated. You can kind of hear everyone else, especially in the hallways. Overall, it is a decent place to at least live in, and am appreciative to have internet and utilities paid for. That accommodates for the majority of the apartment.
