Why Renters Love It Here
Nice location and people. Building not well maintained
The apartments are nice and spacious and the staff is nice. However, there are a few issues that we have had. First, the apartment was not well maintained when we moved in. The AC was not working and the third party AC repair company is not fast in maintenance + doesnt always fully fix the issue. The dishwasher was not cleaned, had mold, glass, and ultimately had to be replaced. There was also a leak in ceiling above the balcony door. Second, the elevator in the apartment complex has been broken for over two months now and is there is no word on when it will be fixed. Third, while the apartments are nice, the building itself is not well maintained. There was a broken pane on the main door for weeks, there stairwell is not cleaned well, there was a low battery alarm going off in the hallway for a few days, as well as other small things. In conclusion, the apartments themselves and the staff is nice, however, the building, amenities, and appliances are not well maintained.
