Great Value

I have lived here for 2 years and now a 3rd coming up! It is a great place to live for the price. The maintenance is always quick and takes care of any issues. It is not very noisy which is great. The parking is SUCH A BLESSING. There is never any time when we need more parking. Our friends can come over and park without any issues. Its amazing. Also the location is great because you can ride the city bus or for game days walk to the stadium! Some things like the washer/dryer, carpet, and fridge need an update but theyre not bad for a college apartment by any means. We love it here!

My experience

My experience living here was honestly a very great one. Of my only issues would be maintenace coming in at random times or even taking a week or teo to come in and look at whatever we put the work order in for. They were on top of the emergency line which was very helpful when our AC went out or when our apartment started flooding. I have made so many memories here that will last a lifetime, sad to leave but very glad I got to experience it on amaryllis drive.
