At first glance the place looks good, but the long term quality is poor. The carpet looked new on day one, yet within two months it showed clear wear and damage. The bathroom is very small and not practical. Noise from the top floor is frequent, even late at night, which disrupts sleep. Overall the appearance is better than the actual living experience.
