Good most of the time , parking is good most of the time snow removal had its challenges seems they could not handle the snow this year like in times past

Plenty of parking, relatively quiet considering its right next to Imterstate 69, several walking trails around is a plus.

I have lived in this complex many years. The management doesn't have the authority to properly fix any financial issues or correct any wrongful charges on account. The rent price goes up each year to the point where I now pay almost double what I did when I moved in, making this place go from a great place to live to a pricey place. The Rent increase isn't warranted with the old buildings, construction, small parking lots, bug problems, and non-stop ownership changes.
