I have been a resident here for four wonderful years now. I must say, I absolutely love the office staff. They are always available and ready to help, making it easy to solve any problems or issues that may arise. Their welcoming and helpful attitude has made my stay even more enjoyable. The maintenance team is equally impressive. They respond promptly to repair any complaints, ensuring that everything is in working order. One of the aspects I appreciate most is the spacious apartment, which provides a quiet and clean living environment. I also love that, during the winter, the grounds are well-maintained, and the snow is cleared from the streets by the time I leave for work. Similarly, in the summer, the grass is regularly cut, maintaining the pleasant surroundings. Overall, I truly enjoy living here. My only wish is that they had a program where residents could rent to own their apartments.

I love everything about living here EXCEPT the fact that my patio fence was blown down by a storm in the Spring and here it is Fall, almost WINTER and not only has the fence not been fixed, but all the broken pieces are still laying here! It was also a first for me to have such a high rent increase after only the first year, but it is what it is. Other than those two things, I love living here. The front office staff and the maintenance guys are the best!

Regency Preserve is the most comfortable and relaxing place to call home. The homes are beautiful and maintenance free. The community is quiet, and the lake view is spectacular. The maintenance staff is always quick to respond to your requests. The leasing staff are kind, friendly and professional. I have found my forever home.
