Great Location
In unit washer/dryer are great. The walls can be pretty thin though with noise being an issue. Not an problem all the time, but if a gathering or tv is on the opposing wall you will hear it word for word

Great staff and location
Pros: Awesome location. We look over the river and love it! Quiet and surrounded by nature. Great access to walking and biking trails. Nice bike storage room and dog wash. Neighbors: Those we've met have been very nice and respectful of others and the property. Staff: Awesome! Friendly, responsive, respectful and easy to work with. No pressure at renewal time. Clean and well cared for. They really take care of the building. Maintenance is great. They clean interior carpets daily. Good news/bad news: Trains. Yes they are noisy and frequent, but access to the train is awesome and we have gotten used to the sound. Doesn't bother us at all over night just while watching TV. Cons: No storage units available, the balconies are small, there is no enclosed party space, and no car maintenance space.

I am up dating my review its ben 6 weeks Nothing but good news to say At 1st I gave you 3 stars but nowi will give you all 5 stars + we love it hear and all the people. Yes there some Noise barking Smells Trains But we all new this when we moveed in to the apartments and all the staff from old to new staff Is have been great.

Outside maintenance of the building
I was outside today And the grounds are starting to look beautiful not that they were bad before But the landscapers were out there putting in trees and flowers and It is really looking beautiful on the ground It is really looking beautiful on the ground I am glad we moved here The staff is so welcoming The neighbors I have met have been so nice So I just wanted to shout out very nice job carl lorek apt 320
