Noisy

Apartments are nice, parking is great, maintenance is quick to respond; however, there is no soundproofing between floors so it is very noisy to the point I can't imagine living here more than a few months.

Parking Spot

The parking garage is great and easily accessible and spaces are sufficiently big. However, I’m a new resident and I’ve called the office three times over the last couple of weeks to find out which spot is assigned to me. I have yet to get a return call or email. In sum, I’m paying for a spot I cannot use because I don’t want to park in someone else’s spot. Street parking stinks in the winter so this is a real disappointment.

Not rental quality sound proofing

Building is not sound proofed-cheaply built. Unfortunate-add to that tenants who have 2 rentals in the building with little concern for others-frustrating. However, management is responsive and attentive.
