The property is nice for the most part. The biggest complaint I have is that they really need tomoal t a lkt more grass sround the property. The grounds sre basically a giant mud put when it rains or when the snow melts and the grass slides around too. Not tk mention the small dog park they installed has turned into a literal mud pit and is unusable. On that same note the dog run area really should be a lot bigger as there is still plent of room to expand it.

Although they are very strict about requiring timely payments and apply late fees, the apartment maintenance is completely neglected. I have reported significant issues, such as moisture damage on the ceiling and peeling paint, for years, but these problems have not been addressed. Additionally, in the kitchen, I have experienced smoke accumulating inside the apartment due to the lack of proper smoke extractors. Although one was installed, the issue persists, suggesting that the extractor either doesn't function properly or isn't efficient enough. It feels as though it was installed just to pretend the problem was solved, but the smoke continues to linger and affect the quality of life in the apartment. It is unfortunate that while rent increases and more money is demanded, necessary repairs to maintain the apartments in decent condition are not prioritized. It is crucial to reconsider priorities and provide a better balance between what is charged and what residents receive. The well-being of tenants should be just as important as profitability.
