This is mostly a great place to live but do have gripes: - pay a $10/month garbage fee when tenants have to drag their trash from all over the complex to a compactor - no recycling? — and how does the $10/month not include this? - cars fly through the winding lots and it’s so dangerous and there should be measures such as speed bumps put in place to make more safe for everyone, especially pedestrians.

I love living here. I wish the pool area was open a little longer. Not the pool but the chairs are water/pond area. We could benefit from stop signs in the parking lot as well as some additional lamp posts on some of the corners on those main parking lot intersections. Ive witnessed many people driving fast and not aware that a car or person is coming from the opposite direction. The pool lock has been broken since we moved in allowing neighborhood residents that dont live at Ovaltine able to enter. This seems to be an issue with the trash as well. The team in the office and maintenance crew are so amazing and we appreciate them very much! Thank you.
