I've lived here about a year, and the top floor lounge is still as stunning as it was when I first moved in. The building is full concrete, so you don't really hear your neighbors, and the amenities are fair. The coffee is decent and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and approachable. It is pricey, but so is everywhere else at the moment. If you can afford this place, live here!

Have lived here a little over a year and we love it! The location is central to several good restaurants in the area. There are always events going on in the vicinity. The building is very clean and the staff here are amazing. Maintenance is usually able to arrive within an hour or two of putting in a ticket.

My time at Highpoint has been spectacular! My apartment has abudant natural light flowing in everyday! As well as the awesome Amenities, private parking to the staff! Definitely a World Class Community.
