I have livid here more than 17 years. It is a good place to live.

At first maintainance use to come in at a timely manner for imergencies but as time goes on they took longer or none at all.

We have lived here almost 17years. It is a good location close to a pharmacy, post office, and grocery stores. Current management responds to Maintenace requests promptly. Utilities like water heat are good. Facility grounds are well maintained.
