Why Renters Love It Here
Friendly, helpful staff
The staff at the complex are amazing! I was getting out of a bad rent situation and the staff went above and beyond for me to move in quickly.
Rent is too high
Rent is too high, landlords have no reason to charge as much as they are.
Great location and fair price
Apartments are nestled in a neighborhood, close to restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, parks. The laundry room could be cleaner and have washers/dryers that work better, but staff are friendly and helpful, and the apartments allow dogs.
Shiloh commons
The price has went up a lot over the years without any upgrades offered to long time attendants. They also don't don't allow spit payments anymore which can be a problem if you have a roomate and need to split bills. Maintain can be spotty at times and the appliances are old and barely functional. The stairwell at our unit is in bad condition and a potential safety hazard.
Not What We Expected, but Okay for Now
My husband and I's first impression of our apartment was poor. The apartment wasn't move-in ready as expected. The owner of the apartments made a strong, good faith effort to fix the issues we had. Maintenance always responds, and are nice. The staff are pleasant and congenial. The community is quiet. If we are unable to purchase a home when our lease is up in September 2024, then we might apply to extend our lease. Some factors which may prevent that from happening includes the lack of modern amenities, poor upkeep of the grounds (there has been food in the yard for months), a lack of sidewalks, excessive hard landscaping leading to flooding, and some other miscellaneous considerations. Still, this is an okay temporary place for the price, maybe a little on the high end, considering the other local rent prices.
