Good place to live

The location is great and staff has been very good. We love the pools, doggy parks and pickleball court. Parking is usually never a problem. Lawn care, maintenance and trash pick up are always done in a timely manner. The only things we would like are a bigger gym with more equipment and bigger refrigerators in the apartments. Living here is very expensive but the property is managed very well.

I like the friendly community here. Everyone is very nice. Maintenance and office staff are very helpful. Apartment 203 does not follow curfew hours and is making very loud noise every night of the week from 11:00p.m. till 3:00 a.m. on and off during this time frame. The noise consist of dropping the remote on the floor and moving furniture around (the 11 year old does this) and the mom is on the phone talking in a loud voice during this time frame also. Thank you for addressing this matter. We are looking forward to getting some better sleep.

Title is OK

We have lived here 5 years and we like the apartment and the scenery from our living room. Maintenance has always been timely and courteous. We are very unhappy about all the noise from our upstairs neighbors in apt 203.They do abide by the 10PM to 6AM curfew rule. Fighting, loud phone calls sometimes till 3 AM and video game noise. Please remind them of the curfew rules included in their contract.

I have lived in apartment complexes across the country and 1301 Hartmann Lakes has been one of the best. From the apartment designs to grounds and amenities that include multiple pools, pickleball courts, grills, clubhouse, walking paths, fountain lakes, and excellent parking lot and garages. The staff goes above and beyond. This is truly first-in-class living.
