Windsor Apartments

They were all so helpful and kind with us moving in.

Beautiful old school apartments which at one time were very lovely. Poor renovation, poor heating, poor maintenance, are all a deterrent. Six units have been condemned since September of 2022. Several fines and citations from the city have not been resolved. Property Management is unresponsive and inadequate.

I really like my studio apartment. Because I live on the bottom floor (known as a garden apt.) I've been having leaking problems - lots of pipes. Maintenance has been doing a great job taking care of the problems. Also, it gets really hot in the winter when temperatures are 25° and above. I know there's not much that can be done because its a boiler, so I open a window and that's ONLY because I have a dog.

Maintenance does a really good job of fixing. 2) My apartment gets extremely hot over the winter when the temperature is around 25° and above. I love my studio apartment, however I've had a lot of leaking problems. I'm extremely allergic to mold, so if mold starts under the carpet I start having breathing problems. Maintenance has been doing a good job at drying the carpet.

I like it here, but it can be better sometimes.
