The apartments themselves are beautiful but is it worth it when your entire complex has been without heat for 1.5 months with no end in sight, and the landlord keeps making up excuses and pushing back the date it was fixed due to the “delay with parts” for the old boiler. Really? Someone could’ve welded new parts by now. The conditions are not safe for its residents. The “solution” is space heaters that don’t well. Gotta love living and sleeping in a 10-degree apartment with every piece of clothing you own plus electric blankets. Nope. Get your act together!

The apartments are huge. I fall on love with place as soon as she showed it to me. This is it! The only thing is the underground parking is small, the parking spots are to close together.

I love the place but nothing is being done and l feel bad that the apartment manager is trying and he doesn't have any help at all also they don't repairs nothing the building leaks water everywhere

We've the worst property management, the building is good but not maintain well, we don't have anyone to take garbage out on regular basis day's so sad.

Love my apartment! Angela is the very best!!!******. Garage needs cleaning desperately. Laundry room is scary. Wish we had washer and dryer capabilities in the units to make it perfect.

The staff is great. The space and structure of my apartment is awesome. The heating is horrible, some of my heaters in my apartment don't even work. The paint in my apartment is chipping causing my walls to look tacky! This is supposed to be a secure building and yet the front door is ALWAYS propped open. The parking is too tight! Also, we have a beautiful court in the front of the apartment which used to be decked with flowers...we don't even have that anymore.
