Pet limit 2 allowed. 1 small dog and cat or 2 cats allowed.$150 deposit is non refundable, Dogs must not exceed 30 pounds full grown. No aggressive breeds: pit bull, Rottweiller, Doberman Pincher, as well as any other dog in which management, in its sole discretion, believes to be aggressive. Pet Policy must be signed. We allow dogs 12" or below, they must be neutered and spaded, up to date on shots. We require a pet deposit of $450 which $250 is non-refundable.  Pet rent is $50 a month per pet. (maximum two pets) You can have 2 cats, or a dog and  cat but, not 2 dogs in a unit.  No visiting pets allowed.

Staff in the office are kind, matience is great at keeping the property looking up to standard and location is great, very quiet and neighbors are friendly and respectful. Overall not a bad place to live
