Poor maintenance

I have lived here for several years. Over the last 12 months, the gas stove (which is very old) has had a gas leak due to the pilot light going off spontaneously. The level of gas leakage is such that I can smell it from the outside when I get home. Despite this, the management refuses to replace or fix it and insists that the problem is because I don't clean the stove enough, which is absurd. This situation poses a serious safety hazard!

Amazing little apartment in a cute spot of town.

I love my little split studio, so close to the greenline and a lot if places to go eat, close stores to shop at as well! Maintenance team is quick and efficient, always very considerate as well. All in all a great spot to settle down for awhile!

Livable

My experience has been okay. The apartment has its quirks, but overall, it's livable. I put in requests, and it took a long time to get a response. Problems go half-fixed and then ignored by the people in charge.

We've had a great experience since moving to our new apartment. Every concern was addressed quickly and the location is great. Our neighbors are also super nice.
