Things get done and its fine, but sometimes you need to put in several tickets for the same issue before it gets resolved and you never really know when maintenance is coming by. My place has had several (small) issues upon moving in and they’re getting resolved, I’m just not super blown away at response times and have had to follow up a few times to get things done.

100 Forest Place is a fantastic place to live, conveniently located near the Metra, the El, shops, and restaurants. The management team is welcoming and attentive, supported by a dedicated maintenance crew.

100 Forest Place is centerally located in downtown Oak Park. The managemt is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and accomodating.

Rent and separate utilities costs are higher than it should be for similar units..l. Maintenance of grounds is substandard, particularly the lack of grass bushes/plants on main walkway...rain always washed the sidewalks with dirt that is not cleaned. Stairs to townhouses are in disrepair.

I like my unit and location for work and shopping. I do wish we had own individual balconies for privacy and personal spaces. Some tenants would and a mini grocery.
