Been here for eight years about now, can't complain about much. Compared to other places I have lived, it is on the better end of rentals. Nice neighborhood and rather close to everything I need without being in a city.

Lived here for many years now and it may be the best place i have rented. A good price for the location and size, only wish there was a second bathroom.

Overall it is a nice place to live. The only issues are usually caused by neighbors being a little loud on occasion but that's understandable, and the on site laundry room tends to have more damaged machines then functional ones.

The property and location are great. Could you more dumpsters and fix the potholes. Add a washer and dryer hook to each apartment because the washer and dryers are always full. But other than those thing this place is great.
