Lived here a decade and don't have much to say one way or another. It is a nice enough place, but it is right next to the location where events happen so on holidays it is noisy. Otherwise it is pretty quiet and has nice fields.

A little outdated but clean and quiet and close to park

Been here for eight years about now, can't complain about much. Compared to other places I have lived, it is on the better end of rentals. Nice neighborhood and rather close to everything I need without being in a city.

Lived here for many years now and it may be the best place i have rented. A good price for the location and size, only wish there was a second bathroom.

Lived here many years and its mostly average. Noise is annoying during celebrations across the street at the park.

Overall it is a nice place to live. The only issues are usually caused by neighbors being a little loud on occasion but that's understandable, and the on site laundry room tends to have more damaged machines then functional ones.
