Truly Amazing Place to Live

I lived at Northbrooke Commons for 4 years, and it was one of the best deicisions I ever made. The property is kept clean, the town is extremely safe, neighbors are friendly, and maintenance was always very quick to respond to whatever request I submitted. Ramah and Hannah are truly wonderful to work with, and they always answered all my questions/addressed any concerns I had promptly. Northbrooke Commons is also very accommodating and friendly toward their military tenants. The only reason I left was because the military moved me. I cannot recommend this apartment complex enough!

Staff is responsive, fair, professional. Noise is sometimes an issue. Children playing/yelling in parking lot is habitual and rude. It’s dangerous, it’s not a playground and yet some days i wonder if there is a day-care outside of ny window….. which is unfortunate bc I often work from home. These units are not cheap, as you know. I don't mind paying the agreed upon rent,…… if I’m able to live in a peace. I rate these units average for the price. The noise and parking lot detract value from what is otherwise a fine place to rent.

Nice and Quiet, Friendly Staff

We have lived here a little over 4 years. Its modern and quiet. The manager and staff are super nice and respond promptly to any maintenance requests. Grass is cut every week and the maintenance staff cleans up around the property frequently. Management continuously communicates issues with the residents and sends reminders to make sure we live in the safest and cleanest property. They make sure that we are all respecting each others space. We get invited to events like cookouts and fun things for kids like the rock hunts. Haven't had any issues with neighbors either. Never lived in any apartment where management actively tries to make it a good place. Its a pretty cool place to live.

11 months into living here I have found that this place is in a good location everyone is friendly and very nice. I do wish there was more storage space and a pantry. I would give this place 4 stars.
