well managed

I have been overall happy living in Swartz managed apartment.The apartment has been pretty well maintained and repairs are made quickly. A few things need done. The parking lot surface desperately needs to be re-surfaced and has been untouched the 3 years I have lived here. I have had a flat tire and others have had flat tires due to the the condition of the parking lot. Otherwise complaints are addressed quickly. i have been allowed to do some gardening in the yard by my apartment which is kind of them to allow and I grow tomatoes and fresh herbs in the summer.

quiet place to live

I really enjoy living here. It is quiet and safe. Swartz's manages the property well and things get fixed quickly. I even get to have a small garden along a fence line. I recommend Swartz"s
