Living here has been a pretty normal experience other than the overage of children running around unsupervised. There has been a curfew put into place for this, however the curfew times are a bit unmanageable for other tenants. I feel as though the unsupervised children should not be out past 9pm, however curfew is allowing these children to be out until 11pm which I feel is too late for other tenants. These children are also the cause of many issues with other tenants. For instance, they had banged against my window because they had seen my cat through the window. I had spoken to the parents or adults that I had seen supervising at the time, however that had only solved the issue for the day. It had become apparent that these adults did not care about the other tenants dealing with the children. Since there was no damage that I could see on my window, I had left it alone and hoped the children would not continue. Apartment wise it's okay from the few months I have been here. There are small things that could be improved upon like our package room is usually full. I also wish that the laundry machines were updated as I always fear that something would be caught on fire in the laundry room just due to old appliances that aren't well cared for. I do understand that some things are easier to fix than others but my only real complaint is that there aren't stricter rules for the children running about in the community.
