i've been living here for about 10 years now and i really enjoy the woodsy area, very quiet and peaceful , i would definitely recommend living here if you are looking for a really peaceful environment , specially if you like to walk and enjoy nature

Cozy Living!

As a renter relocating from out of state and trying to find a decent property with reasonable pricing is a challenge. I took a leap of faith with Forest Cove. On the last day of their period special I applied online, not ever even seeing the property in person, I was approved. I went to the property to sign my paperwork and turn in just first month’s rent with no deposit required, and it has been the best experience since I walked in the leasing office up until the present moment. Property, Staff, Neighboors, and environment is peaceful, family oriented. The apt I have has an amazing view and its cozy. I definetly would recommend this Property. 3 months in with ease of 9 more to go! Best part, we have secured buildings and a delivery mailroom thats secured too! Major plus. 15 mins to O’hare Airport and 35mins to downtown.
