The cost of living here compared to other apartment complexes is much more decent. It does make a difference though in terms of you get what you pay for. Our building doors are older and they slam every time, the mailboxes need to be updated, the parking lot needs to be redone- you can barely see the yellow lines or speed bumps anymore, the pool chairs could be updated. Overall things around the complex are out of date, however the community is very quiet, the staff is very friendly and they sound out communication when they need to. It's not a bad place to live if you're looking for something affordable.
