Needs improvement
I am not satisfied, the carpet was never cleaned and after vacuum it I know it for sure.
Hello, we're sorry to hear that you felt your carpets weren't cleaned. All of our carpets are professionally shampooed prior to moving in. If you suspect this wasn't the case, please reach out to our team. This is completed by an outside vendor and we will gladly look into this further for you. We regret that you are disappointed and remain available to discuss.
Going down
Since Haley-the former property manager- left things have really gone downhill. Currently, we have one of our two elevators down (for weeks now) and the exterior property is not well maintained. The sidewalks were not cleared from the garage to the building. There was a mound of snow that never got removed until it melted. Responses regarding concerns are slow. This is a very beautiful old building and I LOVE our apartment but wish the maintenance issues and updates regarding issues were more prompt.
Dear anonymous, thank you for your feedback. We always aim to deliver a great experience- we apologize that is not the case. We take resident reviews very seriously, as they help us continue to provide excellent service and understand areas where we can improve. We would love to discuss your concerns in more detail, but unfortunately, we do not know who you are. Please feel free to message me privately residentservicesIL@monarchinvestment.com if you care to discuss. Again, thank you for your feedback.
Great Place to Live
I love my apartment. I am living on the 15th floor so the views are great and love the two-story loft layout. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
Hi Esteban! Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts with us! Life on the 15th floor is definitely a unique and amazing living experience, one that is not rivalled in the Quad Cities - at least in our opinion :)
Love It!!!
I have absolutely loved living here at The LeClaire. The Staff has made my transition to apartment living from homeownership seamless and incredibly convenient. Laundry on site is a breezy and well maintained. The elevator is fast and efficient. Dog friendly. And my apartment is very spacious with a great view of the river. Thank you, LeClaire Staff!!!
Thanks for the kind words, Lindsey!

The Le Claire Hote Apartments is an interesting place for sure. You will see 50/50 reviews on line, and it does have a list of pros and cons like any building over 10 years old. However, it has character, it's right off the freeway, the view literally can't be beat unless you're in Rock Island on River drive looking across @ Davenport. The staff here is amazing and I love the layouts of the lofts on the 15th Floor. I live in a corner unit, have a w/d, a/c half the year (yes half the year), but I have two full walls of windows that literally look out over the entire valley.. For under $1K/mo honestly.. that's unheard of. I pay the same amount for this 1bd/1.5ba that I paid for half a 1bd/1ba in downtown Denver. And the noise here is minimal.. you hear the train outside, but literally never your neighbors. My neighbor had a full surround sound system and I NEVER heard a peep. If you're looking here.. I say pull the trigger.
Thank you for the kind words! We love being the only high-rise in downtown Moline - the views are definitely one of a kind!
