Nice apartment home
The property is in decent condition and the apartments are ni ce. I have an ADA apartment and it makes a difference. Decent place to live!
Rating Decline
The once pristine facility has gone down hill greatly. I submitted a request for maintenance in August, it took badgering to get service finally in October. Request for maintenance to common area and garbage piled in the trash close so deep the doors wouldn't close, bags sat in the garage, I submitted pictures Nov 2022, they finally came with a fork lift at the end of January to haul out the debris in every trash room on every floor.
