You have been warned…. Moved into this place with a broken window, which I was assured would be fixed the week I moved in. Not the week before not the week after. If I could post pictures of the hazard on here I would. Well I’m going on 2 months here now and the window is still not fixed, instead they pushed off the repair until the window completely shattered on my on a saturday night that I was sitting down watching TV in my apartment, causing several healthy and safety hazards even worse than before. Management is seemingly incompetent/uninterested in hazards like a cracked window… until legal action is initiated to get the hazard fixed. Parking is nonexistent. There should be “Resident Only” parking signs leading to the back of the building to ensure actually paying tenants can park, but there isn’t. Every day I get home from work and see different, random cars, in the back lot. As a paying tenant of 2 months. Look for another place to live.

Great location. There is always parking available, train noise is not too bad. Plenty to do with in walking distance.
