I will have lived here for 2 years in July. I like it here but feel it's a bit overpriced.

I've lived here for a year and a half. It is not worth the over $2k rent I am paying. Positives: fine place overall, management friendly, maintenance service decent, my unit itself is comfortable, nice workout room, free parking. Negatives: paying $2,100/month now (was $1,800 before), buildings need work, two trash charges (dumpster still very full at times), parking lot/landscaping upkeep bad ... lots of dirt/debris, busy area, lack of parking available, lots of things not working, dirt coming through my window, subpar lighting. One time my bathroom ceiling leaked, and I was not informed about the unit upstairs having faucet issues ... and management was rather unapologetic. I will not be renewing my lease again.

The apt there are in very good condition. The neighbors are every nice, Maintenance there are there when you need them. Teh office personal is very nice and professional

It was good livening due to the space and the surrounding areas. Restaurants were great as well as we are near a lot of different types of places
