Average
lived 2 years no more garbage service which is good. The pool has NEVER been opened to residents. Has been out of commission 2 summers straight with no plausible response to when it will be up and running if ever. Such a stark contrast to what's advertised as one of the amenities for this property - to still use the images is misleading

5 years. Charge too many fees Hallways, Stairways, and the elevator are filthy. Hallways and stairway carpets rotten and filthy with unpleasant odors
