Been Here Since 2021.

W/D dont work. Pool hasn’t been open in 5 yrs. Main door doesn’t lock, Elevator and Balcony is the only great thing living here. Originally moving here rent was $1,285 now its going up to $1,376.00. Water/Sewage is btwn $75-90. Renter Insurance $13. When you dont pay by the 4th they leave 5day NOTICES on your doors for possible EVICTION!! You receive only 2 Vistors Passes otherwise $200 for towing of vehicle.
