Why Renters Love It Here
Issue after issue. Looks shiny and new
We’ve experienced nothing but frustration since moving into this building. For a brand-new property, we expected a smooth transition, but each month has brought new issues. Upon move-in, we encountered a poorly managed unit turnover. The apartment was far from ready: a cat-pee-soaked carpet, sticky floors, animal hair everywhere, a yellowed shower floor, and more. We had to delay our move-in by two weeks to convince management that replacing the carpet was necessary—a situation that should never happen. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. Billing and software errors have been a recurring nightmare, resulting in unwarranted extra fees due to system mistakes. Additionally, basic amenities are not well-maintained. Dog waste bags are rarely refilled, and the gym hours are impractical for anyone with a typical work schedule. Now, as temperatures drop, our unit is nearly uninhabitable because it’s above the garage. The floors are freezing, making it painful to walk around, and there’s no resolution in sight. While the building has potential, the lack of attention to detail, poor maintenance, and inadequate customer service have turned what should be a positive experience into a constant headache. I hope management takes feedback seriously and improves these glaring issues.
ENTIRE UNIT SMELLS LIKE CAT URINE
I am extremely disappointed with the management of this apartment complex. We were scheduled to move in last week, but when we arrived, the unit was in an absolutely unacceptable condition. There was animal hair everywhere, old food under the fridge and stove, socks left in the closets, and worst of all, the carpets were soaked with animal urine. It was disgusting, and our entire move-in day was a complete disaster. It has now been a week, and the unit remains uninhabitable. Despite multiple complaints, upper management has done nothing but attempt quick fixes, which have only made the smell of urine worse. The staff who have visited our unit agree that the carpets need to be replaced, but upper management—who are almost impossible to reach—disagrees, without even seeing the issue for themselves. The lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating. We haven’t been able to move in or even schedule movers because they haven’t provided a definite solution or timeline for resolving the issue. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Their upper management and communication are seriously lacking, and they clearly do not care about the wellbeing or satisfaction of their tenants. Not only the parking in our lease was completely messed up and now we are stuck with an putdoot
Very nice upscale apartment
Very nice upscale apartment I enjoy the location. I love the floor design. My only critique is the amenities offered here at the apartment. The gym is a disaster.
good
The area is great. I generally love living here except the monthly rent is quite high. The closet space could be bigger and the walls could be more sound proof. Bike storage shouldn't be an extra fee.
Not great
Expensive for what you get, very thin walls, not the most attentive staff (rarely answer the phone). Somewhat disingenuous with parking and trash prices.
